Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Plan: Provide input for all sectors sales plan to support in developing the sector sales plan.
- Account development: Contact prospects and develop new accounts (small to medium) of the qualified B2B short list, and expand existing accounts, to maximize sales with these accounts (through direct sales, bids, and projects) and meet the sales targets.
- Relationship management: Developing and maintain excellent relationships with the assigned B2B customer base, expanding the networks in the client’s organization and getting relevant information to continue and grow sales and client satisfaction with these accounts.
- Contracting & closing: Manage the process of contracting with new clients, with the Sales manager closing the contracts when needed, according to agreed contracting terms, in line with all requirements, policies and regulations.
- Payment collection: Manage payment by the clients by proper invoicing, setting payment norms and conditions in cooperation with Finance and ensure the timely collection of payments as per credit terms agreed with the client.
- Product Skill Makers : Keep updated and develop the Skill Makers about the complete company training portfolio to ensure correct information to (potential) clients and effective sales.
- Sales reporting: Provide input with sales figures for the assigned customer base for the weekly reporting to enable performance monitoring and informed decision making.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Plan: Propose a detailed all Sectors sales plan and agree with the Sales Director, in line with the company strategy and policies, on base of marketing intelligence and sector developments, to set sales approaches and sales targets for the team and to guide the sales activities.
- Team performance & coaching: Propose and ensure agreement for the sales targets for each Account Manager in the own sales team to set expectations, monitor and coach the sales team and perform proper orientation to new sales staff to drive sales performance and ensure realization of the sales targets.
- Prospect qualification: Qualify all sectors institutions on the provided prospect long list for possible sales and set targets for qualified sales prospects, as preparation for sales and to ensure a structured approach in contacting prospects.
- Contract closing: Negotiate and close the contracts with new clients for all Sectors sales team, according to agreed contracting templates, in line with all requirements, policies and regulations.
- Bids and tenders: Participate with the Sales Director in the bid and tender processes for all Sectors, in line with the procedures and standards.
- Payment collection: Ensure payment by proper invoicing, setting payment norms and conditions in cooperation with Finance and ensure the timely collection of payments by the sales team as per credit terms agreed with the client.

Ensure strong coordination with training & operations and marketing department to ensure that scheduled events are well planned, marketed and organized.
- Team Management: Supervise the people in the Sales Team in line with the company’s HCM policies, to ensure good performance of all staff and to build employee engagement.

Job Title: Operation Representative
Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing all documents related to the delivery of training (Registration Forms, Attending Forms, Evaluation Forms, etc.).
- Coordinate the public and in-house trainings and workshops efficiently and according to standards.
- Secure all stationery and tools needed to deliver the training courses in accordance to budget.
- Search for new deals and competitive prices of hotels to secure meeting rooms, workshop site and trainer’ accommodations.
- Communicate with instructors and hotels representatives to ensure all logistics and reservations are in place.
- Coordinate the professional education calendar and liaise with presenters, venues and suppliers
- Provide administration support which includes registrations, enquiries, collation of courses materials.
- Reservation of flight ticket and hotel accommodation for trainers as needed.
- Print all original or soft copies material that is confirmed for delivery of the training.
- Coordinate and distribute the training materials to the course participants before the start of the course.
- Coordinate, distribute and collect the evaluation forms from the participants at the end of the course.
- Assist in the Pre/Post assessments of training attended and provide the same to clients upon request.
- Perform and execute the PO invoicing and sales collection activities and make sure the company always has a sound collection and invoicing condition in coordination with the Finance department.
- Prepare and distribute the course certifications to participants.
- Coordinate and manage working with various departments in the company.
- Gather information for specific weekly & monthly reports.
- Archive and file paper & electronic training records (course content, training materials, attendees, evaluation and feedback).
- Prepare registration of the company on all related platforms and portals of prospect clients
- Perform any related task assigned by the direct line manager.

Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the public and in-house trainings and workshops efficiently and according to company standards.
- Plans, implements, and coordinates public operation courses.
- Recommends resolution to administrative or business problems.
- Managing all documents related to the delivery of training (Registration Forms, Attending Forms, Evaluation Forms, etc.).
- Maintains records and databases on participant and program activities, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Work with clients to guarantee quality, on time and complete.
- Managing training operation teem to ensure all process going smoothly.
- Coordinate and manage working with various departments in the company.
- Manage and monitor assigned projects, to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost, and specification.
- Train his team to prepare and print all handout materials in the office for the first time with high quality for cost cut purposes.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Coordinating Public & In-House training events.
- Assist in the evaluation of new and existing training courses.
- Make PRE & Post Assessments and send fully reports to clients.
