ASNT Level I and II 5 Methods In One Course (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT)
- This intensive 10-day training program is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to achieve Level II certification in five key Nondestructive Testing (NDT) methods: Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
- The course is structured to provide a balanced combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on experience, ensuring that participants are fully prepared for real-world NDT applications and certification exams.
Learning Outcomes
- Radiographic Testing Classroom Training Book (ASNT, Latest Edition)
- Ultrasonic Testing Classroom Training Book (ASNT, Latest Edition)
- Visual Testing Classroom Training Book (ASNT, Latest Edition)
- Magnetic Particle Testing Classroom Training Book (ASNT, Latest Edition)
- Liquid Penetrant Testing Classroom Training Book (ASNT, Latest Edition)
- Lectures: Detailed theoretical explanations covering fundamental concepts and advanced techniques.
- Practical Demonstrations: Live demonstrations of equipment use, calibration procedures, and testing techniques.
- Hands-On Exercises: Supervised practice sessions where participants apply what they have learned on real-world samples.
- Group Discussions: Collaborative discussions to enhance understanding of complex topics and share experiences.
- Assessments: Quizzes and practical exams to evaluate participants’ understanding and readiness for certification.
- Participants are expected to have completed the ASNT Level I certification or possess equivalent experience in the relevant NDT methods. A basic understanding of physics and engineering principles is recommended.
- Upon completion of the course and successful passing of the exams, participants will be eligible to receive ASNT Level II certification in Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Liquid Penetrant Testing, subject to meeting the required work experience criteria as per ASNT CP-189.
- This comprehensive course provides a solid foundation in the five key NDT methods; ensuring participants are well prepared for both practical applications and certification requirements.
