CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma Overview:
- The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management further extends the disciplines and scope learned in the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management or L&D and is aimed at intensifying learners’ autonomy and judgement so that they can strategically lead and direct organizations and their r people. It offers the opportunity for learners to influence people practitioners and organizations.
Is it the right qualification for me?
- This qualification galvanizes learners with a depth and breadth of understanding of people practice and management to furnish them with the insight and strategy development skills required to operate and lead in an organizational setting at this level.
Overview:
- Length: 18 months
- 8 x modules, 1 assignment per unit
- After each block of study you will have 4 weeks to complete the assignment and a 2 week break before the next block starts
- Each week will consist of 1 x 2.5 hour Zoom session, these sessions will be interactive and tutor led, with group activates and discussions.
- Minimum of 15 hours study time each week recommended by CIPD
Induction Day & Schedule:
- Induction: Zoom 17th July 5.30pm - 6.30pm KSA Time
- Schedule: Zoom 5:30pm – 8pm KSA time on the following evenings
