Executive and Detailed, Shop Drawings By Using AutoCAD
- Drawings remain the primary means by which architects convey ideas to the craftspeople who will manifest them into tangible structures. This course aims to teach students the fundamentals of architectural composition that later translate to designing interior spaces and provide them with a solid understanding of basic architectural interior spaces, their functionality and how to draw and design them, as well as providing them with the skills and Skill Makers necessary to enable them to draw all structural elements, clarify the dimensions and area of steel (reinforcement) of the sections, and draw all structural charts; Slab Plan, Beams Details, Columns Layout, Columns Details, Foundation Plan, Foundations Details, and Walls Details using AutoCAD.
Learning Outcomes
- Learn how to draw all the structural elements (columns, walls, foundations, slabs and beams) Using AutoCAD to show sections’ rebars
- Enable participants to use AutoCAD software professionally and to make the commands and tools effectively applicable.
- Learn how to generate the structural plans and sections
- Learn how to reinforce all the structural elements; (columns, walls, foundations, slabs and beams)
- Learn how to draw a full structural project
