Six Sigma Yellow Belt - SSYB
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course covers description of three phases of DMAIC cycle in detail. It includes process mapping, data analysis, cause and effect tools, process improvement etc. Participants will gain an understanding of how they can seek improvements in quality of products and processes through reduction in project completion time and waste.
- Variability and variations are a source of loss of productivity, customer dissatisfaction with the product/service, increased cost and delays in delivery hence Six Sigma is a customer driven top management, which leads the battle against variability and variations of all types using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology.
